Cutting waffle boards
« on: February 05, 2006, 01:20:30 PM »

I wanner cut mine down a bit shorter. so that they fit on the floor in the back, yes, I know they may not be as useful, but more useful than if I cannot take them with me :)

Now, being fiberglass, I assume you need the mask, dust suit etc etc. and a circular saw or grinder or hand saw?

Or am I better off popping down the local yacht place with a crate of beer?

Cheers

I would just take a good hardpoint hand saw to them, and blow as you saw
There would be less dust doing it by hand than a power saw!
