Horn not working

Horn on the ZJ's not working...appreciate any thoughts . There doesn't seem to be a fuse mentioned in the owners manual

Possibly clockspring (the bit behind the steering wheel that connects it to the column harness)

Replaced me tailgate struts the other dinnertime  8)

Start with the fuses/relays - possibly a common item for several functions, which could be why the manual doesn't mention one explicitly - has anything else stopped working?

Other option is start at the noisy end - i.e. connect a lead light, meter or whatever to the horn itself, try tootling and see if you're getting any power to it. If not, work backwards from that...
