Brake light problem solved. Fuse kept blowing, over and over.

Turned out to be the brake wire itself had dropped down behind the pedal arm, rubbed the insulation off and caused short when pedal arm touched it! Cut, rerouted (up into dash and back down), recrimped, and heat shrink protection applied. Sorted.
