Yes I did watch the video but that is an older Jeep, mine is a 2007 and I have lifted the carpets and there is no drain hole behind the carpet. The water actually drips down from under the dash.

Just an update, I took my Jeep to the Garage, he put it on the ramp and took some panels off underneath. The heater box was full of water and there was a coin lodged in the drain pipe of the Air Con system.
