The dates we have to choose from are:

4/5th May
11/12th May
18/19th May

All earlier weekends are either booked or too close to other events that the owner doesn't want to have the site over-damaged.

Can I have a show of people who can / can't do the dates above please. I have these dates provisionally held for 1 week.

We can have camping Friday to Monday so anyone who wanted to could take advantage of the bank holiday weekend.

You will be fine, there are 2 bank hols in May so just make a promise for the second one. And then break it

I can do 4/5 or 17/18 away on the middle one. Either way means booking time off so I'm not fussed.

OK for any other than 4th-5th.

Got a Triathlon that weekend.

Having said that; the bank holiday would mean an extra nights camping for folks,

.........but also more traffic and increased likelihood of other commitments.
