Right,

On the WJ the old caliper seized, so I have fitted a new caliper and renewed the brake fluid, bleeding the system and went for a drive.

All was good.

So bit later I went out again and its on again, the new caliper is stuck on.

The pads are new, the disk is not warped.

Any idea's, I cannot be the caliper but what is causing it to stick on again?

Plenty of WD40 or similar and its pretty easy. Biggest problem will be the brake fluid running free when the pipe is off.

It's the MOFO'ing hose, now replace it and report back!!

Remove the reservoir cap, place a piece of lightweight plastic bag over the filler neck and screw the cap back on. This will hydraulically lock your new fluid in the system and stop most of it from dripping out when you take the hose off.
