This is the crowd I got my replacement screen off when I was rebuilding the 6, Asian made but quality seemed good and you couldn't really beat the price, I'm sure I've seen a CJ7 screen from them before but couldn't find the listing when I searched now.

I would go with another steel one but I live right on the Sussex coast, you only have to leave a peice of bare steel out in the open for minutes and you can almost watch it rusting  :010: :010: :010:
If the stainless is not an option then I will go with steel but will have it either galvanised or dipped so the protection gets in every nook and cranny oh er

Did find this while searching the web... stainless to the MAX ! http://www.vogtclan.ch/jeep/index.html
hmmm tempting... and have already emailed him with a list of questions about stainless bits

will report back when he replies

More plain steel bits in the UK here:

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/JP-Jeep-Parts/Body-panels-/_i.html?_fsub=1640141012&_sid=115617472&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322

Just remember that if you galvanise anything tubular and they don't put an electrode in the void then the galv will only travel about 6 inches at most down the inside of the tubular section, just where you want the protection really. Same goes chrome or even IVD.
Not sure if you can galv AND dip as both tend to use electrolytic processes and the second process may undo the first. But it would be great if you could, as the screen frame would protected and primed.
But for maximum protection at minimum cost I think I'd go with the dip on the screen frame and galv your rims.

the galv proess is more like dipping in hot paint and any hollow closed sections need holes to allow for heat expansion and drainage. thin steel tends to distort under the heat.
