I finally got around to replacing the TPS to try and cure the misfire. I tried all 4 of the TPS I got from the scrappys but no difference at all so I put my original one back on.

Going through possible causes I decided to change the MAP sensor, I had taken 4 of those with me when I got the TPS at the scrappys.
I fitted 1 of the MAP sensors and after 2 days of driving it appears the problem is now solved.

No more fault codes coming up either so possibly bought the 2 new O2 sensors for nothing.
I now have some spare TPS and MAP sensors
