After trying out the TJ yesterday, I started on maintenance work today. There were a few surprises ( maybe not so surprising)
Gearbox oil looked like dirty milk , transfer case oil I swear was normal gearbox oil and not atf or it had been in that long that it had changed completely

The diff oils were all a water oil mix.

The coolant was just rusty water , all anti freeze had long since been diluted.
All fluids now changed just the diffs to finish off.When the rear diff is open can I see if the rear axle has the Detroit Truetrac Limited Slip Differential fitted?
The front diff has a breather fitted that stretches above the radiator but there is no breather on the rear diff- should it have one?
