My park brake cable has seized on the 6, all the listings I've found suggest that the CJ5 cable (front section) is the same as the one for the CJ6, this can't be right as the 6 is 20" longer.
Am I correct here? or is the centre cable the same and its the rear split cables that are longer to compensate?

Any help would be appreciated.

And yes I have tried freeing it and its still lock solid. Actually it wasn't great when I got it either but is obviously a lot worse not.
