Jeep WJ handbrake light

Hi guys

The handbrake light has stopped coming on when I pull the handbrake on, the light comes on when I switch the ignition on so the bulb in the dash is fine, can someone tell me where the switch is for the handbrake light is on my Jeep WJ please

The switch is at the front of the handbrake lever bracket. From what I can tell from the diagrams in the FSM it looks like it's a microswitch. You'll likely need to remove the center console to get to it.
