......if the wings from a LHD Wrangler will fit a RHD Wrangler? Are they just drilled with generic holes to bolt bits to?

Should be. It will just be  the washer bottle and wiring that runs over the inner wings that will require holes drilled and any other aux ancillaries.

They are the same. There are only two part numbers for them in the parts list which is for left and right fenders.
