TJ compared to JK
« on: December 12, 2015, 05:23:56 PM »

Hi folks...

I owned a 2006 TJ which was heaps of torquey fun (when it worked). Eventually sold it as it was costing too much in repairs each month (on average)

It's winter torn here in Dubai and I'm missing driving each day with no roof. I'm considering a JK (new-ish so it has a warranty) but unsure if it'd be as much fun as the JK. The TJ would spin on most surfaces here when the pedal was down...even though it was an auto.  Would I have as much a smile on my face with the JK?

Thanks in advance.

Well, as you're in Dubai you won't have to worry about the JK's leaky roof reputation...
