CJ7 full time 4wd with quadratech box.
this is vaccum operated but is there a speed limitation for operating it?
i.e does the jeep have to be stationary or can you engauge it while driving if so what is the maximum speed?

No speed limitation, but it's a differential lock so don't use it on the road...
Can be engaged at any time, works better when you take your foot off the gas to increase the vacuum

Pete has a unique way of saying things, but he's right. Get out on a dirt surface and experiment a bit...just don't use force and not a great idea to try whilst accelerating like a mad thing...nuetral throttle is good.
