Door hinge pins
« on: March 24, 2016, 01:34:24 PM »

Hi all,

Has anyone else with a '96 JGC suffered with worn door hinge pins, causing the doors to sag slightly when opening, and if so, how did you resolve it? I bought some from the USA but they're the wrong ones. Any work-arounds?

I have this on my XJ

My solution is to slam the door harder.... :hysterical:

I think this is what's up with our ZJ. It was clunking badly and required lots of effort to fully open, so I just added lots of grease and ignored the sagging  :003:
