1998 jeep TJ rear bumper

I'm sure most of you on here will have modified or replaced the rear bumper on your TJ? Are they all welded on and how did you go about getting it off??

The rear bumpers are bolted on.

Normally just bolted. Perhaps the previous owner was trying to reinforce it.

I will take some tomorrow. Basically it is welded all the way around the ends of the subframe!! (Bloody joke).
