wk diff oil

Hi all, probably been asked many times but here goes. I have a 2007 3.0 crd GC with quadra-drive 11 ,I am going to change the diff oils so I need to know do i use 75w140 and a modifier or can i use 75w140 designed for LSD,s also what quantities do i require.
