For me, it's crud in the clutch......
It'll get fixed when I change the clutch...
One day....

If it is crud in yer clutch just give it an enima.
Stick a hose into the little gap at the bottom of the clutch and flush it out.
You will have to take the nozzle off the end of the hose and squish the end a bit before you push it up the crevice.

I had the starter motor and Clutch slave out before to give it a good flush... worked pretty well until I went in the mud again... occasionally it gets so bad that she won't release the clutch and that's when I try to clean it out... but since the hosepipe ban, I can't use the jetwash to get in there
Touch wood, it's been okay for a while, but I have been avoiding mud that's too deep
