this may be the last cheapfest i fear by the time insurance and web costs are paid we will be able to do no more events possibly beyond a breakout 2018

unless there is good support as the funds wont be generated to go forwards

well not wanting to bleat about things but the only way to sustain events is turnout and volunteers as its always been
folks have busy lives things change its just life

I am interested in this event do you have the following info.
Where is this event ?
What is the cost?
Is there camping or bunk house ? Costs
Is there facilities on site food toilets etc.
I think if this info was posted with a link to payment it could improve the turn out
Sorry if this is a bit foward but I think this info needs to be available to first time eventers.

I just looked and I couldn't find details of Cheapfest 2017 on the 'events' section of the FB page ....didn't Cheapfest have it's own Facebook page once?

Post code is DY13 0TE
It's usually £50 for the whole weekend or £30 for a day.
Camping on site.
Water and a couple of porta-loos, basics only.
Payment is usually PayPal to Gaz..

BBQ on the Saturday night with a bucket for contribution
Camping food otherwise, or maybe we convince the local pizza place to deliver, it has been done before.
Currently confirming cost and will post up with Gaz's Paypal address for payment and booking.

The problem guys is that the events are hard to find. I didn't know about this event until last night after another member posted it up on another facebook page. In fact the events section has cheapfest 2015 as the first post. Anyhow, i'll stick the event on my page, post it up on jeep 4c4 uk and i'm sure the turnout will be good 😀

Just a bit of an update, there will be the now customary posher loo's however due to a massive price rise, there will not be a shower cubicle this year as we have had in recent years, it was a nice touch for folks camping over the whole weekend but at not much change from £600, the funds just aint in the kitty

Do we have an idea of who is attending this year ?
