I replaced the bush on my XJ trackbar with a kit from Energy Suspension.

I got it from Mark at MDG, at a fairly reasonable cost as well. It might be something worth giving him a ring about.

hi Rich

4wd do prothane ones part numbers

rear
11206 + 25 Black or 73 red $16.99
front
11205 + 25 Black or 73 red $11.99

the bushes look the same but obviously you get two for the rear and one for the front with a dust cover for the ball joint

Thats the thing Shep, I have the rear set from 4wd that I just have not got round to fitting yet, thats why I was asking if front and rear were the same...........I could just fit one of the ones I have for now.

Rich i have the definative answer

front kit contains 2 x U-61109 track arm bush
                         1 X 3/4" x 1.575" sleeve

rear kit contains 4 x U-61109 track arm bush
                        2 x 3/4" x 1.595" sleeve

so result is yes they are the same bush but the front uses a slight shorter sleeve, so if needed a tickle with the grinder and job done
