heater plugs

jeep 3.0 crd grand cherokee won't start when cold, i've changed the heater plugs but it is still the same,  iv'e heard the control box on top of the engine can fail,  any one come across this  also if i change the box do i have to have it coded on computer,  thanks in advance.

The control module is a common failure. Get it off and use the Mercedes part number on it to get a replacement. Loads cheaper than Jeep. It's plug and play.
