Ok so probably a silly question.

But I decided to give my new jeep a go on some mud.

Now its a 2005 with I think it described it as similar to electronic lsd..

I thought it would just work off brakes but I didn't think it would be so obvious.

Only really felt on full lock turning around but I could here the brakes bang on and off.

Is this normal?

QD2 is full electronic lockers in the front and rear axles.

they are proportional so can go 25 / 50 /75 / 100 % locked.

If you press the abs button in it goes into one offroad mode, hold it in for around 6 seconds and it comes up with ESP off- which is for severe offroad.

It does work well (I have it in my commander).

You can also just cut wires and put the lockers on switches - so you can decide if they are on or off.
