You can’t do a dam thing with them if they spin on you. As I found out :( . On the first arch 7 out of 10 loosened in the body when I changed my Arches. The only thing to do is get a grinder and cut the head of the bolt off. When you have the arch off, very carefully grind the front off and punch it though with a screw driver. Then replace it with a nut, bolt  and a good size washer. That’s how I did it anyway.

How do you get to the other side of them ??? their "Inside" the body are they not (That's why they used Nutserts in the first place I assumed)

Mine weren't that tough on my TJ that I found it necessary to cut them off.  I merely loosened the wheel shrouds and had access to the nutserts.  The plastic push pins that hold the shrouds in place are cheap to replace if you break them (like $2 or $3 USD for pkg of 4 or something).  ;)
