Can anyone confirm if my 1996 Grand Cherokee 4.0L is ODB2 compliant?
It has the socket under the steering wheel but when I plug the code reader in it doesn't work.

that is too early it will read with a obd reader but not obd 2

It was a computer problem, I hadn't configured it correctly-duh! I just need some decent software now.
