OK so I just bought myself a 2006 Wrangler 2.5 (Daisy)with the intention of taking her off road. I need advice from you guys as to where to start with her 'modifications'. What do I need to do first and is there somewhere you can recommend.

hiya,
its all down to how serious you want to go and how good you are with some spanners and sockets.
Most of us do our own work with some help from other members.
Have a think bout what you want to do. I would suggest start slowly and then grow with your truck. A stock TJ can run bigger tyres and with disconects can do some good stuff. Then think of lifts etc.
Its up to you really
oh, and dont forget to post an introduction

Why dont you come to Cheapfest in a couple of weeks time.
Bring Daisy as she is, and see what she can do.
If you have never offroaded before it will be good for both of you.
Plus you can look at some of the other trucks up close and see what you fancy.
And meet the Dastards

Strange. They stopped importing the 2.5 in 2000.

Sorry guys, she's a 2000 Wrangler. A mate of mine suggested that a suspension lift would also be a good idea. I've checked out various options but would appreciate a recommendation.
