hey guys my 1995 2.5td xj is looking for some diff guards only which do i have dana ?? front and rear

Dont bother with a rear one unless you're doing some real hardcore reversing.

A rear guard could be useful because it is possible to peel the thin std cover away from the diff. housing if your are unlucky when catching a rock or similair. This would then leak out your oil. V-BAD

i have done something similar with a rear diff hat, you cant have enough protection these days.

If you play in the rocks you need as much armor as possible. I've peeled back my rear diff cover where the guard didn't clamp it down, now I'm going with a replacement armoured cover. Mud, sand and woody tracks probably don't call for such measures though.
