Dimple die
« on: December 10, 2007, 07:26:46 PM »

Not posted much for awhile, so thought i would chuck up a little project made up last week........

Bored at work, with lots of work work todo :?  But i had to see what all the fuss was about with these dimple dies (pirate4x4) So made up a couple 1" 3/4 and 1" Not exactly cutting edge but.........

Yeah i know you can buy them, but hey! I just like fiddling

The idea behind them (not just for looks) Is to strengthen aswell as lighten steel plate fabrictions. Baja trucks seem to use it, to good effect.
