Whats the difference between 215 x 75 R15 and 30 x 9.5 which is wider?

Width of 9.5" = 241mm which is more than 215mm

not wishing to hijack your thread fella but what is the widest size you can fit to a 1998 GC and what of the max diameter?

Would the max diameter change with a 2 inch lift?
