xj 4.o ltr lift

hi all , fitted 2in spacers to front yesterday, also fitted longer spring hangers to rear approx 1 1/4 in longer, work out as a cheap budget lift,  can supply the rears if intersted, direct replacement, will post pics when it stops raining, also running 31s with 1in wheel spacers, transfered my private plate ,
J33P DB  nice as also my initials. (before you all start no not j33p)   :lol:

How much 4 the rear spring hangers? and wheel spacers? :-D

hi  can do rear hangers complete with top bush  
£40 plus post, direct replacement , sorry have not got any front spacers
when i can load pics of mine will let you know

I think TJ mart has some wheel spacers he may part with  8-)

I may shortly have a 2" budget lift kit available.
and also a 2" Old Man Emu suspension lift kit both soon to be removed from my XJ I'm breaking.

I just need to take the back end up a bit to compensate for when the gas tank goes in the boot,its already got brand new springs on and forty quid seems a bit much when i can get em delivered from the US for that,sorry :-?

I've got another delivery coming the 2nd week of June - if yopu want I can get some shackles thrown onto the pallets.....

Fit a small block under the rear springs.

I used a 12mm thick strip of steel, raised the rear 12mm for a fiver :-D

Remember with shackles that the amount of lift is about 70% of the length of the shackle over the standard one, so a 2" longer shackle will give an overall lift of about 1.5". If they are too long they may twist and damage everything else. Most long shackles are made of heavier gauge metal and are braced.

let me know david via my email when your next delivery is (after the one in june) cos I might want some bits and bats but not for about a month (skint)
