spark plug removal

Iv'e owned a 1998 Grand Cherokee Orvis 4 Litre for a couple of week's
and I'm giving it a complete service, now a daft question how do you remove Number one spark plug?

just use a flexy extension bar on yer plug socket. they are a bit fiddly i guess.
