4.11 all day long. 4.56 is way too low. ask if you can have a drive in mandas next tim we are out. or ya could always go 4.88 like me

Bear in mind the calculations done for 33inch tyres to get correct gear ratios are true to the measurement.

If you go 4.56 and buy bfg 33's then you will feel the truck is overgeared because the tyres dont actualy measure 33inch's they measure 31.2 ish

The 31s your running at the moment are more like 29.6inches

SO unless the tyres you put on are true size the ideal gear ratio wont apply.

Put some 37 boggers on that are actualy 35.8 and 4.88 gearing. You'll be happy with that!!

for that tyre you will need to change your back spacing  on the wheels to 4.75 i think will double check for you, if necessary take a photo.


i stand by my first statement about the 4,56 gearing it's like samson and delilah - it goes together.

No worries mate, I was just guessing the gear ratio for 37's of 4.88 as 37 boggers are my aim but not quite got there yet.
