maybe this will shut you guys up.
rear of the frame is up

new rear crossmember is ready for welding - you can see the center section is removable

the ends will get cut flush with the frame - but this shows how little the link mount itself hangs down


front crossmember - same idea as the front

but the front doesnt hang down as much


trans mount that took way to much head banging

looking good, as for the sliders any further up and in and they wont be sliders anymore, they will end up as door bars, leave as is,

leave sliders where they are mate, good for trees! clean work my good fellow. rear frame looks good to me, weld it up and be done

the sliders are ok but thinkof what if you manage to bend one ? as they are its take off and remove and further up and its damaged bodywork as well

still looking good... what colour are you goning to paint it LOL

sub frame / lower arm mounts is finished




its partly welded into place finally

some really good mates, who without i would be completely lost lent a hand this weekend
but im running out of space on photo account, so for now.......

the pics look better each time, with all that steel being fabbed will your jack take the weight when it comes to dropping it actually on the wheels

im not to worried bout it mate, im on pirate4x4 to much to say the least and while on my many "military vacations" i have read almost every build on that site. there is no more metal in my build than any other jeep build. more than a buggy, yes. but my tj aint no buggy is it.
