OK let me look at the boat plane combination and confirm with you - need to liaise with Mojo also for the Tigger stripes!!!
Wile I think about this preparation for the event is:-
Winch control from Ruftracks and winch cable from? shut off switch? steel box from? Paint from?
This way I can attened the Birty Breakout.

Could you work on a desing similar to the Detours ones for XJ, ZJ and KJ - all are monocoque/unibody and the mounts are quite subtle, working around standard bumpers???

Looks like the sill has three layers...
Outside cover.
Inside L shape cover.
It would be easier to drill through it and weld to the chassis.
