Getting the creak/click noise when pulling away on full lock on the drivers side, just jacked it up and there is no play in the UJ or ball joints. The current UJs are only 6 months old, if they were noisy would it show up in movement in the joint?

Check the bolts that hold the steering box are tight and that there are no cracks in the chassis in that area. Also check the bracket holding the track bar to the chassis on the other side is FT.

I had the same noise as you, for me it was the track bar bolt where it attaches to the axle.  Got a new high tensile bolt and torqued it FT.

all bits tight / not cracked. Will get the other half to turn the steering while I am under the motor to see whats going on. I swear its the UJ clicking but there is no play in it whatsoever and the are only 6 months old  :-?
