Oil Drip ?

After going out today noticed a big patch on the drive (misses not to happy) of what felt like baby oil on the rear nearside, just running out of hole near the front of the rear spring. Just thinking is it the breather pipe from the rear diff spitting out as its only a few inches away.. Its the silver XJ.

Its not been changed for about 18 months, so was going to service it later this month. Will check if it stinks tommorrow

Checked brake fluid no loss there . But at the mo can't find them there fluids to check somewhere in the garage  #-o put away ready for cheapfest. but i guess i will have to start searching now.............
