Your mate's winch is worth more than his Jeep (and your's put together probably)  :icon_eek:

(when he's not looking, I'll give you a pork pie for it  :icon_winkle:)

that wont buff out ya know
Proper had to turn the mobile skip into punch hunt truck in 10 minutes, decant all builders waste and fit winch....

We sang A team tune as we fitted winch, topped levels....

All was going well on run up, sat on 60 with cruise on, then a T plate shit rover got in the way and managed 45mph at one point....

Our ride for the day, clearly one carfull lady owner and ten utter....

Muddy shitty water and 4.0 sauna makes for sticky smell ...

Chunkster going for Gnarly muddies member trophy, complete with sash....

Time for tea and inspect damage... by this stage down to just one opening door...

More stinky water

After doors stopped working, limited to access areas,

Stu was on the roof...

Lookin good?

We did have a cop car drive right past us.... we ran a three Jeep convoy, therefore no other road users needed to see the Cherokee's lights, we also left the site early (not waiting for the trophies) so it was still light, we kept a steady pace and all worked together, the cherokee drives perfect, if we did get stopped we'd have a cap in hand approach and have a chat with them, all good really

So don't worry, yeah we do stupid stuff, but safely and so it's all happy days....

Cheers Maf

PS Just got a V8 WJ.... very very pleased  :icon_biggrin:

Right finally got a replacement lower arm and now all fitted, lots of extra flex and just lowered the brake pipe fixings after straighting the pipes, just welded them on to body, all good.... so next on the list is chopping the back to make into a pick up, will be doing a 4 dr pick up this time as easier and quicker, although the 2dr one only took us a day....

Will look something like this....

(Friend spotted this Jeep on this weekend Exmoor Challenge/Jaunt....

Happy days, Maf

Right, with regret the current Cherokee is now dead, I got the lockers, gnarly front arms and complete lift kit off in just a few hours...

Last moments....

Dead now...

No prizes for guessing where the bits will go...

Right, next up is some protection... yep, protection....

Bought replacement Cherokee with brand new Discovery STT 32" tyres & wheels, 3" lift... Don't think the Bush Wackers arches will take much punishment...

First job remove the rear anti toll bar... strange this was still on with the above done to this Jeep eh?

In the mean time I need to build a punch hunt truck and real quick... got this facelift XJ for just £220, cracking engine, for some reason it is faster than others I've had, really gets up and goes...
